Kent Business Newsletter (“we”, “us”, or “our”) provides a digital news and content service across our websites, newsletters, and related platforms (collectively, the “Services”).   • You grant Kent Business Newsletter a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, publish, display, adapt, distribute, and create derivative works from Your Content in all media, including third-party publications or partnerships

We may allow third parties (e.g. readers or sponsors) to view, comment on, share or engage with Your Content in accordance with these terms.

You remain responsible for Your Content and indemnify us against any claims relating to it.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Services lawfully and respectfully. You must not:

  • Upload or share unlawful, defamatory, offensive, or harmful content

  • Infringe any third-party intellectual property or data protection rights

  • Post spam, malware, or misleading advertising

  • Attempt to impersonate others or collect data about other users

From time to time, Kent Business Newsletter may offer paid features such as:

When purchasing or booking any paid service:

  • You must ensure all submitted information is accurate

  • We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders (with a refund if appropriate)

  • Payment must be made in GBP via our approved payment processors (e.g. Stripe or PayPal)

  • Refunds are provided in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013

Promotional codes or discount offers may only be used in accordance with their terms. We may withdraw such codes at any time.

If your content breaches our policies or legal obligations, we reserve the right to remove it without refund.

5. Special Promotions or Giveaways

If you participate in any contests, surveys, or giveaways (“Promotions”) run by Kent Business Newsletter:

  • Each Promotion will have its own rules or entry terms

  • We may request your name, email, or limited profile data

  • Winners may be published (in line with UK regulations)

  • We will never share your data with sponsors without your consent

All Promotions are governed by UK law and may be withdrawn at any time.

  • Your relationship is with the third party, not Kent Business Newsletter
