Brachers Advises Jordan Reflectors Limited On Sale Of Emergency Lighting Products To Prime Light Group

Brachers LLP’s Corporate Team has successfully advised Jordan Reflectors Limited (part of the Jordan Reflektoren GmbH & Co KG group of companies) on the sale of its subsidiary, Emergency Lighting Products (ELP), to Prime Light Group, a leading UK-based specialist in lighting components, controls, and smart lighting solutions.
Emergency Lighting Products, headquartered in West Sussex, is a well-established manufacturer of emergency lighting systems, providing products that ensure safety and regulatory compliance in a wide range of sectors including commercial, industrial, and public buildings. The acquisition by Prime Light Group, headquartered in London, strengthens its portfolio and enhances its ability to deliver comprehensive lighting solutions across the UK and Europe. Prime Light Group is supported and funded by Private Equity firm Baytree Capital.
The Brachers deal team was led by Matt Simmonds (Corporate Partner), Thomas Wells (Corporate Solicitor) and Charlotte Berthel (Corporate Paralegal).
Stefan Herx, CEO of Jordan Reflektoren GmbH & Co KG commented:
We are proud of what ELP has achieved as part of our group and are confident that Prime Light Group is the right partner to take the business forward. Their expertise and resources will enable ELP to continue delivering innovative solutions to its customers. We would like to thank Brachers for their expert guidance and support throughout the process. It was a complex transaction structure with many moving parts with an accelerated timescale. The Brachers team delivered for us in a very impressive way.
Matt Simmonds, Corporate Partner at Brachers, said:
I am delighted to have worked with the team Jordan Reflectors on the successful sale of Emergency Light Products. ELP has an outstanding reputation in the emergency lighting sector, and this deal represents an exciting opportunity for the business under Prime Light Group’s ownership. I am really grateful to the teams from Zerbach & Company and Barnes Roffe for all of their support during transaction, which was invaluable
German lead advisory firm Zerbach & Company Corporate Finance provided corporate finance advice with UK input from Barnes Roffe LLP. Squire Patten Bloggs acted for Prime Light and Baytree Capital on the acquisition.
