The Efficiency Method founder Julie-Ann Adams wins 'Most Influential Brand' award as demand surges for practical business survival, structure and growth strategies.

Julie-Ann Adams, founder of Kent-based consultancy The Efficiency Method Ltd, has been awarded the prestigious Most Influential Brand Award by Big Business Entrepreneurs. The accolade recognises her outstanding impact in helping small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) transform complex business challenges into streamlined processes creating calmer, clearer and more dependable customer experiences that save wasted time, improve bottom line profits, consistency, communication and accountability.

The award marks a period of rapid growth for The Efficiency Method, which helps overstretched business owners eliminate operational friction, boost productivity, and build resilient foundations for scaling.

Adams’ expertise is forged in the trenches of firsthand experience. With over 30 years of senior leadership experience, she previously scaled a recycling enterprise to a massive £8 million turnover and 160 employees, before losing the company during the global financial crash. Having experienced both extreme business highs and devastating lows, and working at senior leadership levels, she now uses those vital lessons to protect other owners from costly operational pitfalls.

"Most business owners are incredibly capable, hard-working people," says Adams. "The problem isn't a lack of effort. Its that vital information is trapped in people’s heads, responsibilities are muddy, and hours are wasted on constant interruptions, duplications and rework. My goal for my clients is to build practical systems that slash risk, stop the bleeding of time and money, that free up owners to actually grow their companies."

Operating nationwide, The Efficiency Method delivers structured reviews and hands-on implementation across business processes, document management, compliance, and workflow automation. The consultancy's signature Your Efficiency Study (YES) acts as an operational health check, exposing hidden bottlenecks and risks before they cripple a business.

Recent successes include streamlining document control for top-tier professional services firms, overhauling operational systems for healthcare providers, and helping fast-growing companies reduce their dependency on key individuals.

The Most Influential Brand Award underscores a shifting market trend: modern businesses are rejecting generic, high-level consultancy or AI based advice in favour of Adams’ practical, tailored, execution-focused approach.

"With ongoing economic pressures, no business can afford a wasted hour," Adams adds.
"Many owners don't realise how much money is slipping through the cracks of inefficient systems until we map out the reality of their workflows. Small, consistent operational tweaks yield massive returns for profitability, scaling, and team morale."

Founded in 2026, The Efficiency Method serves a diverse management and service company based SMEs with 5 to 100 employees.

Adams finished by saying she will soon “..be launching the Efficiency Academy for start up or micro-businesses giving them a structure and “DIY” know-how, which is often missing as knowledge is hard to find or over complicated and looks too expensive or time-consuming”.
