Local Entrepreneur Nominated For Prestigious National Industry Award

Local businessman Alexander Galvin, Director of Kent-based London & Kent Surveyors, has been shortlisted for Young Residential Surveyor of the Year at the RICS UK Awards – one of the most prestigious accolades in the built environment sector.

The nomination recognises Alexander’s leadership, community impact, professional development and commitment to shaping the future of the surveying industry. Beyond his own achievements, he has demonstrated a strong dedication to inspiring careers, recently hiring the company’s first apprentice and supporting young people through initiatives with Centrepoint, the UK's leading youth homelessness charity, as a RICS Inspire Ambassador.

Since the launch of London & Kent Surveyors 18 months ago, as a one-person operation, the company has already grown into a nine-strong team, hitting over £1 million in turnover and securing exclusive contracts with leading estate agents to deliver trusted services to their clients.

It operates with RICS-accredited expertise and industry best practices, working closely with home owners and estate agents across London and Kent to ensure properties are accurately assessed and giving clients confidence and peace of mind in their property decisions.
