The Lord Mayor of Canterbury Councillor Keji Moses and Lady Mayoress Carol Reed have officially opened a new £21m care-focussed retirement village in Herne Bay, Kent.
Visiting to commemorate build completion, the Lord Mayor and Lady Mayoress cut a green ribbon to declare the development officially open and ready to welcome its first residents.
Located on Canterbury Road, the multi-million pound development has been completed by the McGoff Group, a £150m collective of award-winning construction-related businesses focussed on design, build, facilities management and operations through different group divisions including McGoff Construction, Dunham Care and Villafont Homes.
