From 1 September all buyers of a new Mazda will benefit from the brand’s upgraded six-year, 100,000 mile warranty, bringing added peace of mind. Hendy customers visiting the Mazda site at the Kingstanding Business Park will be able to explore the latest Mazda UK line-up and test drive the latest models, including the popular CX-60 and CX-80 plug-in hybrid SUVs, both of which will be eligible for the new warranty.

Jeremy Thomson, Managing Director at Mazda UK, said: “If you consider that just 21 per cent of cars registered in the UK year-to-date have longer than a three-year warranty, this is a fantastic reflection of our commitment to the quality, reliability and engineering of our cars.”

To meet eligibility criteria for the new warranty, the car must be serviced within the manufacturer-prescribed service programme, mileage and time parameters, which is 12,500-miles or 12-months* on the majority of the Mazda range.

Paul Murrells, Regional Operations Director East at Hendy Group added: “The Mazda range offers something for everyone, and this new warranty will give buyers extra confidence with their purchase – especially those who might have any remaining concerns about plug-in vehicles. Next year will see the arrival of the much-anticipated Mazda6e, further expanding the choice of Mazda all-electric models.”
