Located on King Street, the family-run business has recently received two significant honours: the Excellent Customer Service Award at the High Street Heroes Maidstone 2025 awards - sponsored by Metro Bank, Gullands Solicitors, and One Maidstone - and a Sustainability Award from the University of Wales Trinity Saint David, London (Canary Wharf campus). Founded by husband-and-wife team Ned and Nina during the Covid period, N2 Sweet Lab began as a home-based passion project driven by a love for chocolate, desserts, and creative expression.
