North Kent Residents Named As Finalists in The Incredibles National Awards

Caremark, a leading UK home care provider, has announced the finalists for its annual UK awards, ‘The Incredibles’ and Bobbie Lee Eveleigh and Rajwant Sandhu from Caremark’s Dartford & Gravesham franchise have been recognised in the country’s top ten care assistants. With over 6,500 care assistants across more than 140 Caremark franchises throughout the UK, the selection process was particularly competitive.

‘The Incredibles’ awards celebrate the extraordinary contributions of care assistants who demonstrate an exceptional dedication to providing outstanding care.

According to Raspinder Singh and Gursh Baryah, Managing Directors of Caremark's Dartford & Gravesham franchise, who nominated both Care Assistants for the award, Bobbie goes above and beyond in her care for her customers, building strong, trusting relationships that have a measurable impact on their wellbeing. She gets to know them inside and out, understanding their routines, preferences and what makes them feel valued.

“Bobbie consistently anticipates needs without being asked, shows initiative, and goes the extra mile to ensure customers are comfortable, happy, and supported. Her empathy, positivity, and unwavering commitment to person-centred care make her an invaluable member of the team. She does not just care for clients – she genuinely cares about them,” they added.

Talking about Rajwant’s nomination, the Managing Directors mention that she has been with Caremark since 2019 and has a wealth of experience, particularly in dementia care. Her nomination highlights that she is known for handling complex and challenging situations with calm professionalism, always ensuring her customers’ wellbeing, dignity and safety are prioritised.

For one customer with advanced dementia, it was noted that Rajwant has looked after their daily care needs and, in addition, helps with meals to support the customer’s diabetes, arranges vet appointments for the customer’s dog, and manages medication requests and doctor appointments on her behalf.

The daughter of one customer said: "Raj is amazing and the support she provides for mum is exceptional. She understands her needs, taking care of everything without me having to worry about it. No one else comes close. She is very caring, and we trust her completely.”

To honour these care assistants, Caremark will be hosting a special event at the iconic Fortnum & Mason in London on 21st November 2025. The finalists will enjoy an afternoon tea and be celebrated for their contributions to the care sector. The highlight of the event will be the announcement of ‘The Incredible of the Year’, a title reserved for the finalist whose work has shown exceptional dedication and impact.

David Glover, CEO of Caremark, praised all ten finalists for their outstanding achievements:

“Huge congratulations to Bobbie, Rajwant and our other 2025 ‘Incredibles’ finalists – the nominees for this year’s award are nothing short of remarkable. These are people who not only perform their jobs with excellence but do so with a deep sense of empathy and a genuine desire to improve the lives of others. We are incredibly proud of all our finalists, who represent the very heart of Caremark and the broader care community.

“We hope this recognition shows our finalists how much we appreciate their compassion and inspires even more stories next year.”
