Family Law Partners is pleased to announce the expansion of its Tunbridge Wells team with the appointment of specialist family law solicitor and mediator, Claire Tollefson, strengthening the firm’s non-court dispute resolution offering across Kent and the surrounding region.
Claire brings more than 16 years’ experience in family law, advising clients on all aspects of family law matters including divorce, financial issues and arrangements for children, with particular expertise in cases involving complex businesses, tax issues, trusts (including offshore trusts) and significant pension arrangements. Claire has developed particular expertise in supporting families to resolve conflict constructively, with a strong focus on mediation and other non-court resolution.
Known for her calm, empathetic and solutions-focused approach, Claire is committed to helping clients navigate separation constructively. As an accredited mediator, she works with separating couples to reduce conflict and reach fair, practical agreements tailored to their family’s needs.
