Spurling Cannon Expands Into Tonbridge With Acquisition Of Cantium Accountants

Kent-based Chartered Certified Accountants, Spurling Cannon, have expanded their regional presence with the acquisition of Cantium Accountants, a long-established firm in Tonbridge, marking the opening of their third office in the county.

Founded in 2002 by Andrew Bradley, Cantium Accountants built a strong local reputation for personal, reliable service. Following the acquisition, the firm’s team will remain in place, ensuring continuity for clients. The office will now be led by Sam Graham, one of Spurling Cannon’s Directors, who will oversee the firm’s growth in the west Kent area.

Founded in 2003 by Jonathan Spurling and Andrew Cannon, Spurling Cannon has grown organically and through strategic acquisitions, including W Fowles & Co of Broadstairs and Alexandra Baker of Cliftonville. The firm now employs over 70 staff across Ramsgate, Ashford and Tonbridge, with a turnover exceeding £4 million.
