Team Tactics Gears Up For Growth With Client Services Appointment

Corporate events specialist, Team Tactics, has appointed Louise Bourne as client development executive to support its growing roster of high-profile clients.

In her new role, Louise will plan and execute bespoke team building experiences to exacting client briefs and support the company in expanding its diverse event portfolio, with a key focus on CSR activities that create lasting value for businesses and wider communities.

Faversham-based Team Tactics is a leading provider of unique corporate team building and corporate events across the UK. It provides bespoke corporate entertainment events, team building days, conference energisers, company outings and incentive days, as well as hospitality for some of the UK’s major sporting and cultural events.

Louise joins Team Tactics from pharmaceutical firm Parexel, where she worked as a meeting associate, bringing medical professionals across the globe together to collaborate on new research and clinical trials. In her previous role, Louise was responsible for the planning and seamless execution of events, from travel logistics to on-site coordination.

A tourism management graduate, Louise brings strong experience in end-to-end event delivery and client support.

Commenting on her appointment, Louise said:

I love the variety and fast pace of the events industry, and I'm excited to get stuck into a new role that will allow me to expand my knowledge and work with household-name brands on projects that make a real impact.

“My time in pharmaceutical events gave me great experience in managing highly complex projects, often with multiple stakeholders across different countries. I can’t wait to channel that into the range of fun events and experiences Team Tactics is known for, particularly in the CSR space where businesses can create value beyond the workplace and deliver something meaningful for their teams and communities.”

Founder and managing director at Team Tactics, Tina Benson, added: “Louise brings fantastic experience and clear passion for events management and client services. Her skills and enthusiasm make her an invaluable addition to our team, and we’re delighted to welcome her on board as we continue to expand our client and event portfolio.

“As a business, we love coming up with new fun, engaging and meaningful ways to bring teams together. We find colleagues of all generations particularly invest and engage in charity and purpose-led team building activities. They require teams to pool their efforts, skills and strengths to achieve a positive outcome for a deserving cause or community, which is an incredibly powerful bonding experience and drives much wider, positive impact, both in and outside of the business. CSR team building activities continue to be a key focus for the business and we know Louise will be instrumental in helping drive this forward.”

This month, Team Tactics is hosting a ‘supersized’ charity cooking event which will bring businesses together at Borough Market to prepare 500 meals for London’s homeless community in just four hours. The ‘Feed the 500’ event is being hosted in support of Plan Zheroes, a charity fighting food waste and poverty across London. Organisations can still enter teams to take part in the multi-business event, which will see participants cooking alongside professional chefs from Emerge Cookery School to achieve the 500-meal feat.

Approaching its 30th year, Team Tactics boasts an impressive roster of multinational clients, including the likes of Ford, Unilever, Barclays and KPMG.
