Betsy Clara House has been awarded a maximum score of 10 on carehome.co.uk, with reviews provided by residents and families, then verified by the site.

I'm sure this is down to the wonderful caring staff and the happy atmosphere of the home. Mum’s room is lovely, bright and tidy and mum herself always looks clean with her hair nicely done. She is eating a lot better too which is great! A big, big thank you to all the staff at Betsy Clara. You are all angels!”

Another reviewer said: “Since becoming a resident, there has been a notable improvement in mum’s general health and wellbeing. The staff, facilities and general atmosphere at Betsy Clara House are incredible!”
